Stripe plugging his nose as he sinks to the bottom of the pool is one of my favorite bits in the movie. I could have sworn he winks at the camera, too, but upon the many rewatches I did researching this book I must have made that up. I drew the wink anyway. 😉

Sheriff Kitty who shoots crayon bullets and who also hawks chickens. SK is an antagonist in our game and based on a character my mom made for my room when I was a baby. She painted J’s on the bum pockets for my name so I kept ‘em.

Gremlins: Gizmo’s 12 Days of Christmas will be published on October 27 via Insight Editions. It retells the plot of Joe Dante’s classic 1984 film to the tune of “The Twelve Days of Christmas.”
The 32-page hardcover children’s book is written by Andrea Robinson (Buffy the Vampire Slayer: The Official Grimoire) and illustrated by JJ Harrison (A Die Hard Christmas).
Gizmo’s 12 Days of Christmas is available to pre-order for $16.99 on Amazon.
The layouts in this got a little crazy toward the end. In book stores next week!
